Payment and Prices

All prices are current and may change in the future. The individual and current total price for your order is summed up at checkout, including any charges for shipping and payment.

Price: 149 SEK, excl. VAT, for deliveries within Sweden. Generally delivered within 3 business days to the desired address. During holiday periods, delivery times are longer.

If an item has a different delivery time, it is indicated with the respective item. If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you via email. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to complete your order. There may be occasions that make it impossible to complete the order, for example, if our supplier or courier cannot fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to disclaim any compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.

Returns

Returns are made at your own expense unless the item is defective or we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent as a letter or package, not cash on delivery.

When you place your order with us, you need to provide certain personal information. By placing your order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement towards you.

Data Controller

The controller for personal data processing is Profilföretaget Z-Profil AB, 5563127314, referred to as Z-Profil in these terms.

When you register for a user account or make a purchase, you enter into an agreement with us and thereby agree that Z-Profil processes the information you provide. Z-Profil processes the data for the purposes specified here; see the section on What the data is used for. No personal data is collected or used for any other purpose. No sensitive personal data is collected.

What Data is Collected

Personal data collected includes information you directly or indirectly provide during registration or later (e.g., name, address, email, phone number, personal number, delivery, payment, and purchase details). When using the service, personal data may be collected, such as technical information about the types of devices (e.g., mobile, tablet, or computer) used to access the service, IP address, information on how the device searches and uses the service, reading history, telephony information, cookies identifying login and device (see the Cookies section), and location information. Information is also collected from external sources, such as civil registry information.

What the Data is Used For

The data is used to:

Perform purchase administration for payment and billing purposes, including notifications to you about these.
Update and complete your contact details.
Conduct customer surveys and analyze operations internally within Z-Profil for development and increased customer understanding.

This website uses cookies. A cookie is a text file that the browser, or equivalent program, downloads at the request of the visited website. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to us is correct and for updating it as necessary. You can update your information via your account or by contacting the website's customer service. Your login details, i.e., username and password, should be kept secure so that no unauthorized person can access them. If you suspect that someone unauthorized has gained access to your login details, you must immediately notify Z-Profil. You are responsible for any damage caused by unauthorized use of your login details.

Your Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data we process about you and information on how we process it, provided you can prove your identity. You also have the right to request rectification or supplementation of the personal data we process about you. While we verify whether the data is correct, you can request that the processing of your personal data be restricted, meaning it may only be stored by us temporarily. If you have given consent to a processing, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. If you withdraw your consent and we have no other legal basis to rely on, the affected processing of your personal data will cease, but without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal.

All requests should be made in writing and submitted to Z-Profil or emailed from the email address you have registered with us to info@zprofil.se or the respective website's email address. If you believe that our processing of your personal data is illegal or not conducted properly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Swedish Data Protection Authority.
